Roof Repairs
Tar buildup from an old satellite dish raised concerns about potential roof leaks. We tackled this by installing new shingles and fitting four new pipe boots to ensure all roof penetrations were properly sealed. We also caulked exposed nails to prevent any water intrusion, effectively protecting the roof from future damage.
New Deck
The old deck was aging and posed safety risks, prompting us to install a new, sturdy deck.
